Description
Number 29 is an extension located between No. 27 and No. 31 Frederick Street, built around 1834 by Thomas Cubitt. The building is constructed of stucco and features a projecting single-storey design with one window. It has a square-headed, recessed doorway that includes a panelled door and a fanlight to the right. Flanking the doorway are paired pilasters that support an entablature and a blocking course, alongside a recessed tripartite sash window. The interior has not been inspected. Attached to the building are cast-iron railings with decorative bud finials.
