Description
This is a terrace of three houses built around 1827 to 1832 by William Cubitt. The houses are constructed from yellow stock brick with a stucco ground floor and a sill band on the first floor. They rise three storeys and have basements, with two windows each. The ground floor features round-arched openings, and the doorways have panelled jambs, cornice-heads, fanlights, and panelled doors. The recessed sashes have gauged brick flat arches above them, and the first floor includes cast-iron balconies. The buildings have parapets. The attached cast-iron railings with bud finials are notable features that enclose the areas in front of the houses. The interiors have not been inspected.
