Description

Number 26 is a terraced house located on the west side of Gordon Square, built in the early 19th century. It features yellow stock brick with a stucco ground floor, rising four storeys and a basement, and has three windows. The entrance includes a square-headed, recessed doorway with an overlight and a panelled door. The windows have gauged brick flat arches and recessed sashes. On the first floor, there are casement windows and a continuous cast-iron balcony. A main stucco dentil cornice is present at the third floor level, with a stucco cornice and blocking course above the attic storey. The interior has not been inspected. The property also has attached cast-iron railings with acorn finials surrounding the area.
