Terraced house. c1792, altered. Yellow stock brick with rusticated stucco ground floor. Plain stucco 1st floor sill band. Stuccoed C20 entrance extension with cornice at 2nd floor level. Irregular facade of 4 storeys with 3 windows and 3 storey 1-window entrance extension to left. 2-window return to Grafton Way. Round-arched doorway (re-used from centre of facade) with pilaster-jambs, cornice-head, radial fanlight and panelled door. Gauged brick flat arches to recessed sash windows (former entrance replaced by window), 1st floor with wrought-iron balconies. Parapet. INTERIOR: not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached cast-iron railings with urn finials to areas.
