Description

Number 15 is a terraced house dating from around 1792, with some alterations. It is constructed of yellow stock brick and features a rusticated stucco ground floor. There is a plain stucco band at the first floor level and a 20th-century entrance extension made of stucco, topped with a cornice at the second floor level. The building has an irregular facade that rises four storeys and includes three windows, along with a three-storey, one-window entrance extension to the left. There is also a two-window return facing Grafton Way. The round-arched doorway, which has been re-used from the centre of the facade, is flanked by pilaster jambs and topped with a cornice head, featuring a radial fanlight and a panelled door. The recessed sash windows have gauged brick flat arches, and the first floor windows are adorned with wrought-iron balconies. The building has a parapet. The interior has not been inspected. Additionally, there are attached cast-iron railings with urn finials in front of the areas.
