Description
Number 52 is a terraced house dating from around 1804. It is constructed of yellow stock brick and has three storeys plus a basement, with two windows on the front. The round arched doorway features stucco impost blocks and a keystone, along with a blocked fanlight and a panelled door that has glazed top panels. There are gauged brick flat arches above the recessed sash windows and a sill band on the first floor. The building is topped with a parapet. Although the interior has not been inspected, there are attached cast-iron railings with urn finials surrounding the area in front of the house.
