Description
No. 68 Cleveland Street is a terraced house with a shop, built in the late 18th century. It features a stock brick exterior and a slate roof. The building is two windows wide, with a separate house door located to the left of the timber shopfront. It has three storeys and an attic, which includes a central dormer. The upper floors have late 19th-century sash windows set under splayed gauged brick heads. The shopfront is canted and consists of four lights with a narrow transom above a panelled dado, topped by a curved moulded fascia. The house door is panelled and has a toplight above it. The interior has not been inspected, but it is noted to retain some panelling, although the first-floor panelling was removed in 1984.
