Description

Numbers 65 to 71 comprise a group of four late 18th-century terraced houses located on the south side of Grafton Way in Camden. The houses are built of multi-coloured stock brick with stucco ground floors, the ground floors of numbers 65 and 71 being rusticated. They feature a first-floor band and extend to four storeys and basements, each house having two windows. Each house has a round-arched doorway, with numbers 65 and 71 having radial patterned fanlights above the panelled doors. The doorways are surrounded by stucco architraves. The sashes are set within gauged brick flat arches, some of which have been reddened. Numbers 65, 69, and 71 each have wrought-iron balconies to the first-floor windows. The buildings are topped with parapets. The interiors have not been inspected. Attached cast-iron railings with urn finials define the areas in front of the houses.
