Description

No. 87 Heath Street is a terraced house with a later shop, dating from around 1800. It is constructed of painted stock brick and has three storeys plus a basement. The building features a single window and a projecting early 20th-century canted shopfront, which has been altered and includes an egg-and-dart cornice. The upper floors are adorned with gauged brick flat arches above a recessed sash window on the first floor and a casement window on the second floor. The building is topped with a parapet. The interior has not been inspected.
