Description
Number 22 is a terraced house located on Trinity Street in Southwark, built between 1827 and 1832. It features multi-coloured stock brick and a stuccoed parapet. The building stands three storeys high with a basement and has two bays, which include three openings on the ground floor. The ground floor is rusticated stucco with bands that create voussoirs for the segmental-arched openings. The entrance door is adorned with panelled pilasters, a cornice head, and a decorative fanlight. The sash windows have glazing bars; those on the first and second floors are topped with flat, gauged-brick arches, while the first-floor windows are set in round-arched recesses. The property also includes cast-iron area railings with spearhead standards. The interior has not been inspected.
