Description
The K2 telephone kiosk, located to the north-east of the Henry Wood Hall, was built in 1927 and designed by Giles Gilbert Scott. This cast-iron kiosk is an intact example of the K2 type, featuring a domed roof, perforated crowns on the top panels, and glazing bars on the windows and door. At the time of the survey, the kiosk was unpainted, and the glass and door had been removed.
