Description
Number 3 is a terraced house dating from the early 19th century. It is built from yellow stock brick, with a return to Wren Street that has been refaced in multi-coloured stock brick. The ground floor features rusticated stucco, while the upper floor has stucco quoins. The house is two storeys high and has a one-window and a two-window return, with one window being blind.
On the Pakenham Street elevation, there are two sash windows at the ground floor. The first floor has a single, architraved tripartite sash window with a cornice and a segmental pediment above it. An entablature with a projecting cornice is topped by a stucco parapet, which has a balustraded section above the window. The entrance on the return is round-arched, with pilaster jambs that support a cornice-head, and features a panelled door. The first floor has architraved sashes, along with two small attic sashes that break into the entablature. The house also has a stucco parapet.
The attached subsidiary features include cast-iron railings to the areas. The interior has not been inspected.
