Description
Number 73 is a terraced house dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of multi-coloured stock brick, with a stucco ground floor and a plain band at the first floor. The building has four storeys and a basement, featuring three windows. The round-arched doorway is framed by fluted detailing and includes a radial fanlight above a panelled door. The recessed sash windows have red painted, gauged brick flat arches, with some retaining their original glazing bars. A continuous cast-iron balcony is present at the first floor level, and there is a plain stucco sill band at the third floor. The building is topped with a parapet. The interior has not been inspected. Attached to the house are cast-iron railings that enclose the areas.
