Description

No. 30 is an early 18th-century terraced house. It is constructed of brown brick, with the ground floor up to window height stuccoed, and has a rebuilt parapet. The roof is slate-covered. The front facade has three storeys and two windows. An architraved doorway features a 20th-century bracketed hood over a part-glazed door. The windows are flush-framed sashes with exposed boxing, with gauged red brick segmental arches above the ground-floor windows. The second floor windows have yellow brick segmental arches. The rear elevation features three segmental-arched sashes with exposed boxing, and one flat-arched window. The interior has not been inspected. Attached to the property are cast-iron railings on a low brick wall.
