Description
Numbers 10, 12, and 14 are a terrace of three houses built in 1725 and later refaced in the 19th century. They are constructed of multi-coloured stock brick. Number 10 has a slate roof, while numbers 12 and 14 have tiled roofs, all featuring dormers. The houses are three storeys tall with attics and basements, and each has three windows. The doorcases have hoods supported by carved consoles and architraved doorways with panelled doors. There are gauged red brick segmental arches above recessed sashes with exposed boxing, and number 14 may still have its original glazing bars. A red brick dentil cornice runs below the parapet, and number 12 retains its original lead rainwater pipe and head. The interiors have not been inspected. The properties are complemented by attached cast-iron railings, with number 14 featuring a wrought-iron overthrow that includes a lamp-holder.
