Description

No. 16 New End Square is a terraced house dating from the 18th century, with alterations made in the 19th century and a top storey added in the 20th century. The front is faced with multi-coloured stock brick, with some patching. The house has three storeys and one window. The entrance is topped by a gauged red brick round arch with impost bands, containing a radial fanlight and a panelled door. The ground and first floors feature sash windows with gauged red brick flat arches and flush frames, with exposed boxing. The second floor has a tripartite sash window; a plain brick band runs across the front above the window head. A parapet tops the building. The interior has not been inspected.
