The villa has three storeys and two windows to the front. A square-headed recessed doorway has a patterned overlight and a panelled door. To the left of the doorway is a projecting two-storey bay with curved sides and a flattened front, featuring French doors with margin glazing on the ground floor, and a cast-iron balcony on the first floor. Recessed sash windows are located on the right-hand return and to the rest of the building. The interior was not inspected. The property includes an attached low garden wall with cast-iron railings featuring spearhead and pineapple finials, as well as gate piers and a gate.
