Description

Number 20 is an early 19th-century terraced house of stucco construction. It has two storeys and three windows. A central, 20th-century projecting portico features pilasters supporting a modillion cornice, and contains a panelled door. The windows are recessed sash windows; the first floor has good cast-iron balconies, and the second floor has louvred shutters. There is a parapet to the roof. A tall brick chimney stack leans diagonally and is attached to the wall of the adjacent Number 21. Fire insurance plaques are located on either side of the first-floor central window. The interior of the property was not inspected.

Attached to the property is a low brick garden wall with cast-iron railings topped with urn finials. The gate piers have ball finials, and there is a gate.
