Description

This is a row of four terraced houses located on the north side of Randolph Street, dating from the early 19th century. The houses are built of yellow brick with stuccoed ground floors. Each house is three storeys high and has a basement. They each have two windows per floor. The ground floor openings are round-arched, each with a keystone. The doorways are accessed by steps and feature fluted half-column jambs, except for number 25. The doorways have panelled doors to numbers 27 and 28, and patterned fanlights above the doors to numbers 25 and 26. The first-floor windows are set in shallow round-arched recesses with cast-iron balconies (continuous on numbers 25 and 26) and gauged brick flat arches. The second-floor windows also have gauged brick flat arches. The facades feature a stuccoed cornice and a blocking course. The interiors were not inspected.
