Terrace of 16 houses. Early/mid C19. Yellow stock brick with rusticated stucco ground floor and plain stucco 1st floor sill band. No.27 with slate mansard roof and attic dormer. Nos 25-27 and 19 & 20 slightly projecting. 3 storeys and basement. 2 windows each. Square-headed doorways with pilaster-jambs carrying cornice-heads; fanlights and panelled doors. Recessed sashes; upper floors architraved, 1st floor with cast-iron balconies. Nos 16, 17, 19, 21 & 31 with stucco cornices and blocking course; others with plain stucco parapet bands. INTERIORS: not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached cast-iron railings with spearhead finials to areas.
