Description
This is a terrace of four houses located on the south side of Greenland Road, dating from the early 19th century and restored around 1976 as part of a Greater London Council renovation scheme. The houses are constructed of yellow stock brick with a rusticated stucco ground floor and a plain stucco first-floor band. They are two storeys high with basements, and each house has two windows. The doorways are round-arched, featuring patterned fanlights and panelled doors. The ground-floor windows are sash windows with segmental arches. The first-floor windows are architraved sash windows, originally with console bracketed cornices, now replaced by a plain stucco parapet band. The interiors were not inspected during the listing process. Attached cast-iron railings, topped with tasselled spearhead finials, are present to the front areas.
