Description
This is an early 19th-century end-of-terrace house located on a corner site on Greenland Road in Camden. The building is two storeys high with a basement. The lower part of the facade is constructed of yellow brick and stucco, while the first floor has a plain stucco band. The corner site features a bowed front. It has two windows facing Greenland Road. A wooden double shopfront occupies the corner, with 20th-century part-glazed double doors providing access. Slightly projecting shop windows have 20th-century glazing. Above the shopfront is a boxed-out entablature with a projecting cornice, which is broken back at the corner. A plain, square-headed house entrance is situated to the right of the shop window on the return to Carol Street. The windows are recessed and have architraved sashes, with the first floor windows adorned with console bracketed cornices. A stucco cornice marks the level of the second floor, and a parapet tops the facade. The interior of the house has not been inspected.
