Description

This is a terrace of six houses built in the mid-19th century, located on the south side of Delancey Street, Camden. The houses are constructed of yellow brick with rusticated stucco on the ground floors. Numbers 17, 19, 23, and 25 have slate mansard roofs with dormers, and all houses have attics and basements. Each house has two windows, although Number 25 has a blocked window on its return to Albert Street.

The doorways feature stucco pilasters supporting an entablature, with pilaster jambs carrying cornice-heads. Each doorway is topped with a fanlight and has a panelled door. The doorway of Number 19 has been blocked and rendered over. The windows are architraved sashes; the first floor windows have console-bracketed cornices and cast-iron balconies. Numbers 17 and 19 have a stucco cornice with a cut-back blocking course. The interiors have not been inspected.

Attached to the front of the terrace are cast-iron railings with cone finials to the areas.
