Description
This is a terrace of three houses located on Ivor Street, built between 1836 and 1837. The buildings are constructed of stuccoed brick and have tiled roofs. They are double-fronted, each with three bays and a central doorway. The houses are two storeys high and feature parapets with recessed panels on numbers 9 and 10. Numbers 8 and 9 have moulded cornices, and all have a protruding first-floor band. All windows are glazing bar sashes within moulded architrave surrounds. The doorcases have floreate roundels and hoods supported by console brackets, with the brackets on number 8 being renewed. Each house has a three-panel rectangular toplight, while numbers 9 and 10 have six-panel doors. The interiors have not been inspected. The building's construction is documented through St Pancras Poor Law Rate Books dating from 1836.
