Description
Park Farmhouse is an 18th-century farmhouse with a T-shaped form, standing two storeys high with attics. The building is timber-framed and rendered, featuring roughcast on the end walls. It has two internal chimney stacks with plain red brick shafts and is topped with plaintiled roofs. The facade is double fronted, with slightly projecting square bays on either side of the door. On the ground floor, there are two tripartite small-paned sash windows with fluted jambs, while the upper storey has three small-paned single sash windows. The house also includes two gabled dormers with sliding sash windows. The entrance features a 20th-century half-glazed door set beneath a Tuscan portico with a mutule cornice, which has been enhanced by a later gabled plaintiled roof. At the rear, there is a two-storey range with a 20th-century plaintiled roof and an internal chimney stack with a tall plain red brick shaft. Additionally, there is a 20th-century lean-to porch at the east end and an old circular window on the upper storey.
