Description

Rose Cottage is a former farmhouse, likely dating from the 17th century. It is two storeys high and features a three-cell lobby-entrance plan. The building is timber-framed and plastered, topped with a thatched roof that has a central red brick chimney. The windows are modern, with three-light 20th-century casements. There is a gabled porch, also from the mid-20th century, located at the lobby-entrance, which has a framed and boarded door. The interior has not been examined.
