Description

Dial Farm Cottage is a house, likely from the 18th century or around 1800, featuring a two-cell lobby-entrance plan. The building has two storeys and is constructed with a timber frame that is plastered. It has a slated roof, which was once thatched, and an axial chimney made of gault brick that dates to the 19th century. The cottage includes three-light late 18th-century windows, with those on the ground floor having transoms and wrought iron casements. There is a flush 20th-century entrance door with a flat canopy located at the lobby entrance.
