Description

The Former Parish Coalhouse, dated 1861, is located in Haughley on The Green. Built for Reverend W. Crawford, it is constructed of red brick and features a dark glazed pantile roof. The building has a plinth, moulded eaves, and crow-stepped gables. On the end facing the Green, there is a pair of doors set beneath a brick arch that has a keystone inscribed with the year 1861. There is also a doorway on the right-hand side, while the other walls are otherwise blank.
