Description

Apple Trees is a house, probably dating from the 17th century. It has one storey and attics, featuring a two-cell lobby-entrance plan. The building is timber-framed and plastered, topped with a thatched roof that includes one eyebrow casement dormer. There is an axial chimney, with the shaft rebuilt in 19th century pink and buff brick. The windows are small-pane casements from the 19th and 20th centuries. At the lobby-entrance, there is a 20th century gabled porch with a boarded door. The interior has not been examined.
