Former farmhouse, now 3 cottages. C16. Timber framed and plastered with a thatched roof. 2 storeys. 3-cell form. 5 windows, C20 metal casements. 3 C20 doors: 2 are half-glazed, one is boarded. Internal stack, the shaft rebuilt in C19; gable stack to left. C19 red brick lean-to on left gable end. Interior not examined. The right hand cottage is said to have some moulded work in the ceiling of the ground floor room. Remains of a medieval moat.
