Description

Sunnyside Farmhouse is a farmhouse that likely dates back to the 16th century. It is constructed with a timber frame and has a plastered exterior. The roof is pantiled at the front and plaintiled at the rear. The building has two storeys and an attic, featuring a two-cell, lobby entry layout. There are two mid-19th century sash windows in flush frames, along with an additional casement window located above the doorway. The entrance includes a 19th century four-panel door with glazing in the upper panels. A heavy axial stack is present, and there is a 19th century rear lean-to made of colourwashed brick with a slated roof. The interior has not been examined.
