Description

Sunny Hill is a house built around 1826, constructed of colourwashed white brick with a slate roof. It has two storeys and features a three-window range, with the central first-floor window being blind. The windows are 6/6 unhorned sashes. There is a late 19th-century gabled brick porch attached to the central bay, which reuses an early 19th-century six-panelled door. The roof is hipped, with stacks on the east and west slopes. Inside, the front and rear west rooms have been opened into one larger room. Sunny Hill forms a group with No. 221.
