Description

Beech Holme is a pair of houses dating to around 1840, later divided into flats in the late 20th century. The houses are constructed of painted brick, with a slate roof. They are two storeys and have a dormer attic, originally featuring a six-window range, which was subsequently divided symmetrically into three-window ranges per house. Each house has a canted bay window on either side of the central doorway, with flat roofs linking the bays above the doorway. The bays contain 2/2 and 6/6 horned sash windows. A simple doorcase leads to a panelled front door. The first floor contains three 6/6 horned sash windows. Two dormers are present, one small and gabled with a 3/3 horned sash window, and the other larger and gabled featuring a 5/5 horned sash window. The roof is gabled, with internal gable-end stacks and a common central ridge stack. The interior has not been inspected.
