Description

This is a house located at 120 Woodbridge Road, built around 1840. It is constructed of red brick with white brick details on the facade and features a slate roof. The building has two storeys and a dormer attic, arranged in a four-window range. The third window from the left on each floor is blind, while the others have 6/6 unhorned sash windows. The window lintels are painted. The gabled roof includes two gabled dormers, each with 3/3 unhorned sash windows, and there is a circular lantern light or ridge to the right. An internal gable-end stack is located to the left (east). To the right, there is a single-bay entrance extension with a panelled door beneath a 2/2 sash window. The interior has not been inspected.
