The Olive Leaf Public House is a 17th century timber-framed and plastered building that features 19th century and later external elements. The western part, known as No 64, was previously part of a range that included Nos 60 and 62. The building has two storeys and a window arrangement of three double-hung sashes on the upper storey and one on the lower storey, all with single vertical glazing bars. The upper storey juts out over the front, while the ground storey has a 20th century bar front. The roofs are tiled.
