2. Early 17th century with alterations. 2 storeys. 2 windows, sash, at 1st floor, with glazing bars and exposed frames. Stucco, lined and painted. Rusticated quoins. Ogee brick cornice below low parapet. Ground floor shop with wood case. Interior: hewn chamfered beam. Important position.

Nos 3 to 11 (odd) and No 11A Blyburgate form a group with Twyford House and Nos 1, 2 and 4 Exchange Square.
