Description

No. 3 Blyburgate is an early 19th-century building that stands three storeys high. It is constructed of red brick and topped with a slate roof. The building features three sash windows on the first and second floors, which have glazing bars and flat arches. The entrance includes a six-panel wooden door set in a case with fluted Doric quarter columns beneath a transom, along with an arched blank fan above. To the left, there is a shop front with a wooden case, and to the right, another sash window with glazing bars. This property is part of a group with Nos. 1 to 11 (odd) and No. 11A, as well as Twyford House and Nos. 2 and 4 Exchange Square.
