House and shop. Mid C19 with C20 alteration. Gault brick, painted to front; slate hipped roof: stack removed. EXTERIOR: 2-storey 3-window front. Ground floor has a round-headed doorway right and left, that to the left within a reeded doorcase. Left-hand door with 6 panels, the upper 4 glazed late C20, right-hand door covered with plywood at time of Review. Between doors is a mid C19 bowed shop display window with glazing bars and a 6/6 unhorned sash to its right, converted to a display case. On first floor, three 6/6 unhorned sashes, the centre one painted over. INTERIOR: opened out for retail showroom purposes in late C20. One chamfered bridging beam in ground floor. Roof plastered over.
