Description

Woodbridge War Memorial is situated in the Memorial Garden on Market Hill in Woodbridge. It features a limestone Latin cross mounted on a polished black granite octagonal column, which stands on a plinth with a three-stepped base. The inscription on the memorial honors the 133 men from Woodbridge who made the ultimate sacrifice during the Great War from 1914 to 1918, as well as those who served in 1939 to 1945.
