Description
Pond Farmhouse is a farmhouse with a structure dating from the 17th century on the ground floor, while the rest of the building was rebuilt in 1843, as indicated by iron ties on the right gable. The left gable features the letters 'I', 'F', and 'L', with '0' above. The farmhouse is constructed of red brick and has a slated roof. It is two storeys high and has three windows, with 20th-century casements on the ground floor set under segmental arches and 19th-century casements on the first floor, all consisting of three lights. The entrance door is inset with six panels, the upper four of which are glazed, and it has a rectangular fanlight with panelled reveals. The doorcase is adorned with pilasters, a frieze, and a cornice. There are gable stacks present.
