Description
Cozen's Farmhouse is a farmhouse that dates from the early 18th century, which encases an earlier 17th-century structure. It is built of red brick featuring random flared headers and has an old plain-tile roof. The building has a brick ridge stack with 19th-century diagonally-set flues located to the left of the center, and a 19th-century brick end stack on the right. The farmhouse is two stories high and has a seven-window range. There is a six-panel part-glazed door positioned to the right of the center, topped by a flat hood. The ground floor features three-light casements with segmental brick heads, except for a blind grey brick panel to the left of the center. The first floor also has three-light casements, with blind grey brick panels to the left and right of the center. A brick dentil course runs along the eaves. The interior has not been inspected.
