It dates from the 18th century and features roughcast, likely over brick, with an old plain-tile roof. The building has a brick ridge stack located to the right of the center and an end stack on the left. It is a single storey with an attic and has a four-window range. There are plank doors to the right and to the left of the center. The ground floor has two-light casements, with those on the left and left of center being from the 20th century. The building also has four gabled dormers, which contain 20th-century casements. The interiors have not been inspected.
