Description

This is a house located at 13 Newbury Road, dating from the 17th century with later alterations. The ground floor is finished in 20th-century painted brick, while the first floor features large timber framing with rendered infill. The roof is thatched and hipped to the right, with a brick chimney stack on the left side. The house is two stories high and has a two-window range. There is a 20th-century panelled door leading to a 20th-century porch at the center. To the left, there is a 20th-century three-light casement window, and on the right, there are two-light casements on both the ground and first floors.
