Description

Framptons is an early 18th-century farmhouse, likely built upon an earlier structure. The building is constructed of red brick in a Flemish bond pattern, with flared headers, and has a complex roof of old plain tiles. It features various brick stacks. The layout is an irregular L-shape, incorporating a two-storey, two-window cross-wing projecting to the right. A plank door is set within a lean-to porch on the left return of the cross-wing. The windows are casements arranged irregularly. A brick dentil course runs along the eaves. The interior has not been inspected.
