Description

Featherbed Cottage is a house dating to the 19th century, and likely built on the site of an earlier structure. The front facade is rendered, possibly over brick, with a roof of old plain tiles and a brick end stack on the left. It is a two-storey building with a single-window range. A plank door is located on the left-hand side. The windows are of a more recent design, being 20th-century casements, and their arrangement is irregular. The interior was not inspected, but is believed to have cruck construction.
