TM 36 NE SIBTON YOXFORD ROAD, Hemp Green

5/113 Park Lodge - - II

Lodge to Sibton Park. Circa 1830. White brick, roof of fishscale slates. Single storey. Picturesque style. 3-light casement windows with intersecting tracery, flat brick arches with hood moulds over; facing the drive is a splayed end with overhanging roof supported on 3 octagonal posts and a 6-panel entrance door within a open porch at the gable end. Gables to front and rear and a smaller gable over the porch, all with ornamental bargeboards with spike finials. Internal stack. To the left hand side is a 3-light splayed bay in matching style, probably a later addition.
