Lodge, c1840. Brick with fish scale slate hipped roof. 2 storeys. Entrance front:- plinth, plain brick string, raised brick quoins, wide bracketted eaves, semi-circular rubbed brick arches to semi-circular headed sash windows with glazing bars. One bay 2-storey hipped projection on left, 2 bays recessed to right. One storey projecting brick porch with 2 semi-circular openings, raised brick quoins; C19 4 panelled entrance door with semi-circular fanlight.
