MONKS ELEIGH THE STREET 1. 5377 (north side) Christmas Tree Cottage TL 9647 54/800 II GV 2 A C17-C18 timber-framed and plastered building with a tiled roof, lower on the south end and hipped. Two storeys. The upper storey at the south end is slightly jettied. The windows are partly double-hung sashes with glazing bars and partly casements.
