Oakdale is a 17th to 18th century timber-framed and plastered building located on the south-west side of The Street in Manuden. It has been renovated and features one storey with attics. The building is adorned with casement windows and has a thatched, half-hipped roof, which includes one dormer on the front and a central chimney stack.
