Description

Butt Lane Cottage is a timber-framed and plastered building dating from the 18th to 19th century, featuring a weather-boarded base. The cottage has been extended at the east end, adding a two-window range. It is a single-storey structure with a six-window range of casements that have lattice leaded lights. The roof is thatched, hipped at both the east and west ends, and includes a central chimney stack. The building has undergone renovations.
