Description

The Cottage is a timber-framed and plastered house, likely dating from the 18th century, though it has been significantly altered and renovated. It stands two storeys tall and features leaded casement windows in an early 18th-century style. A modern recessed balcony has been added to the southeast corner of the building. The roof is tiled and hipped at both the east and west ends, with a wooden modillion eaves cornice. Additionally, there is a later wing that extends at the east end, which also has a hipped front and a wooden modillion eaves cornice.
